2. Information We Collect & Document Processing
We collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, form inputs, and files you upload. Specifically, when using our Career OS tools (ATS Analyzer and Resume Reviewer), supported resume or document files (such as PDF and DOCX formats) are uploaded and parsed server-side to extract professional, contact, work history, and skills information required to perform the requested analysis.
3. How We Use and Retain Information
We use collected information to provide tool functionality, verify user entitlement, and log telemetry to maintain security. The data lifecycle depends on your user status: (a) Guest Users: Uploaded resume documents are processed temporarily; files are written to temporary storage and deleted immediately after processing is completed, without database record persistence. (b) Authenticated Users: To provide account features such as saved workspace history and dashboard analysis comparison, uploaded documents and their corresponding reports are retained in Panovor's private database and secure storage. This retention is governed by our operational requirements, system backup policies, and applicable user deletion rights.

Panovor uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the website. Analytics data is collected in accordance with Google's policies.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve website performance, remember preferences, and analyze traffic.
6. AI Providers, Payments, & Third-Party Processing
Some aspects of our services rely on trusted third-party sub-processors: (a) AI Service Providers: Information necessary to generate AI-assisted evaluations (such as extracted resume text and comparison metrics) is transmitted to third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI). These providers process data in accordance with their service terms, privacy commitments, and our configured integrations. We do not use user resumes or reports to train proprietary Panovor models, and future use of user-generated content for model improvements will require a separate, explicit opt-in consent architecture. (b) Payment Processing: Payment and billing details are processed directly by our secure payment gateways and Merchant-of-Record services (such as Paddle or Razorpay). Panovor does not store or process raw credit card numbers or financial passwords.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
